ONLINE WORKSHOP: SETTING UP A MULTIBED CLINIC FOR STUDENTS & NEW PRACTITIONERS
Following the success of the first workshop we’re delighted to be running another online workshop with Charlie Whitestone on ‘how to set up a multibed clinic’ tailored specifically for students and new practitioners.
Charlie is the founder and Director of ACMAC and has worked in various multibeds for over a decade. She is passionate about seeing affordable acupuncture spread throughout all our communities.
Running a multibed clinic may be something that you’ve been thinking about but just don’t know where to start. So you may be keen, but feeling nervous about the current economic/COVID climate and don’t know how to make it succeed. A multibed clinic can be a sustainable and profitable business model, if you get the right things in place. By attending one of our training events will help you to get there.
This online course is the first of its kind as Charlie will be tailoring it for students and new graduates. The workshop will give you the basic tools and information you need to start up your own multibed clinic. We will cover issues such as:
- what’s best – working in a team or working alone,
- finding a good venue, marketing your clinic,
- how to structure your clinic sessions, ethics of multibed practice,
- the importance of informed consent, and much more.
The group will be kept small (max 10 attendees) and Charlie will tailor the session to the needs of each attendee.
The course will be run via zoom and we will send you the link to join.
Book early to avoid missing out.
