Heya,

I have a friend in the UK who is a little anally fixated... He takes his bowel movements very seriously. I said I would try and find a textbook on TCM stool and bowel functioning analysis- does anyone know of one?

If there are any they would probably be in German. I know the Chinese physicians examined the Emperor's stools every day so there must be some texts - somewhere.

I'm glad that isn't required of every practitioner. LOL

On one of those health shows for weight loss/lifestyle changes one woman was particularly interested in feaces. I believe in the whole macrocosm/microcosm thing of course, but there are so many other ways to know what is going on in the body!

I haven't looked at it for a long time, but Bob Flaws has Scatology: the gate of life, right?
