Here is a doc who specializes on equaine acupuncture. Below is his brief intro. He has co-authored the Chinese Herbal Formulas for Veterinarians to be published in 2012 with Dr. Signe Beebe and Dr. John Chen. He will be giving a webinar on Sept 22 and 23

Dr. Michael Salewski is a graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. He currently practices in Carlton, Oregon at Hindsight Veterinary Care, which treats exclusively using the modalities of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine(TCVM) and chiropractic. He is the co-author of the Clinical Handbook of Chinese Veterinary Medicine and Chinese Herbal Formulas for Veterinarians as well as authoring a work of fiction entitled Barn Politics.
