ONLINE WORKSHOP: QI GONG FOR THE FIVE ZANG

We’re excited to offer the opportunity to learn Qi Gong for the Five Zang with  Peter Deadman – ACMAC board member, Qi Gong teacher, author and much much more.

Peter will teach a series of five qigong exercises to strengthen and harmonise each of the five zang. Like all true qigong they help develop body skill, breath skill and mind skill. Each movement will work on both the internal zang and its associated channels. Peter is an experienced qigong teacher.

Nourish your health and build resilience, with a practice that you can do regularly as you support clients and those around you.

Charlie was involved, although not a founding member of, the first non-NHS multibed acupuncture clinic in the UK, while studying for her acupuncture degree. She fell in love with this model of practice, using the experiences of patients at the clinic as the basis for her research dissertation, which was published in JCM. As practitioners visited the clinic and left inspired to start their own multibed clinics, Charlie started ACMAC as a space to collect information on this vibrant new practice model, and to inspire more practitioners to create more new clinics. Because of her involvement with ACMAC, Charlie has an appreciation and understanding of lots of different models people have chosen for their multibed clinics. She has been personally involved in 3 multibed clinics, and this model continues to sit at the heart of Charlie’s acupuncture practice, giving her deep satisfaction and reward.
