This is an important role, because events breathe new life into the organization, inspire members old and new, create a sense of working together / community, and result in increased membership.

• Write publicity for Facebook page, ACMAC Forum, BacC/other where appropriate. Also give blurb to Co-ordinator for ACMAC website and Newsletters.
• Produce and send out flyers / posters for events where appropriate.
• Answer queries of attendees.
• Liase with treasurer, ask for confirmation of payments received from attendees.
